Vietnamese Nachos?

There is a small beer bar called Bia Craft in the Thao Dien area of District 2 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam that is very popular with American expats.  They have about 15-20 American beers on tap and snacks adapted to the local market.

I saw Vietnamese Nachos on the menu and had to give them a try.

The “nachos” are fried chicken skin chips that are then topped with chopped pork, chili sauce and a white cheesey type sauce along with sour cream.

These are really good with just the right saltiness to accompany a beer on a hot day or evening.

Just looked at their menu.  It has really expanded since I was there.  I always regretted not trying the spam fries.  Those, I think I will experiment with myself.
